Senior Asset Manager - Housing Manager

 The Senior Asset Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Asset Management, work as part of a team responsible for the Housing Department's affordable housing properties and will provide oversight of third-party management companies to ensure achievement of financial and occupancy goals. Financial oversight includes managing the operating budget review and approval process, compiling, and analyzing financial information, monitoring cash balances and net operating income, managing the monthly financial review process, and managing outside vendor/partner relationships. This position will also oversee the planning, organizing, and supervising of the work performed by administrative, technical, and asset management staff.
